Once you submit the form, the following events will take place:
- Our sales engineering team will contact you to validate your order, contrast your workload sizings and provide you with exact HCE instance availability and pricing information in your selected datacenter.
- Once all details are agreed upon, you'll receive a work order and service agreement to be digitally signed by your organization.
- Our billing team will assign your terms and billing cut-date period.
- Our operations team starts the building, setup and configuration of your HCE instance.
- Once your HCE instance is ready, our customer service team will contact you and establish a delivery appointment to familiarize you and your team with your new HCE instance.
